      On May 6 and 7, 2015, an expert team of 3 sent by the Food & Drug Administration of the Yunnan Province carried out site inspection on Daphne's food supplement products under a GMP certificate renewal program. Upon arrival at Daphne, the experts convened a meeting immediately and came clean on the inspection items and requirements. Daphne's relevant departments worked with the experts closely in implementation of the inspection activities, including check of documents and batch records at random to get a picture of the paperwork. Following that, they inspected the workshops for food supplement products, carefully examined every area, process and operating specification of production, and interviewed some employees on site to assess their comprehension of GMP. At the end of the 2-day stay, the experts concluded that Daphne meets the requirements of paperwork and facilities, the employees are generally competent, records are kept in a normalized manner, and production is organized in accordance with GMP standard. Based on the inspection result, GMP certificate was renewed.
