     On April 23, 2015, guests from China Development Bank (CDB) Yunnan Branch headed by their President HONG Zhenghua toured Daphne under accompaniment of mayor of the Wenshan Municipality LI Chengming. They were warmly received by Chairman TANG Xiuwen at the exhibition hall and briefed on Daphne's history and products. Since 2012, to ensure secure supply of Panax notoginseng material, Daphne has channeled heavy fund to build Panax notoginseng material bases, so called First Workshops, thus extending the industry chain business. So far, Daphne solely owns 7 Panax notoginseng GAP bases, including 5 completed ones. 3 of the bases (3500 mu or  =3500/15 233.33 ha.) are for commercial application, and the other 2 bases (600 mu or  =600/15 40 ha.) for nursery. By 2017, more than 10,000 mu ( =10000/15 666.67 ha.) of permanent farming bases will be at work. Mr. HONG expressed the desire for closer cooperation with the enterprise to benefit both parties and local Panax notoginseng industry.
