        On January 14, 2015, Daphne received annual safety assessment for the year 2014 by a prefectural inspection team mainly including Mr. SONG Zining, vice chief at the Wenshan Prefectural Bureau of Education, Mr. YANG Chaofu, official at the Prefectural Administration for Work Safety Supervision, and LI Wencan, chief at the Wenshan Municipal Administration for Work Safety Supervision. Under accompaniment of VP LI Mingkun and BOD Secretary XIONG Wenfu, the team performed site inspection. They inspected workshops, alcohol storeroom, boiler room, fire watch office and monitoring room for implementation of production operation and daily safety management, checked 2014 safety management logs and heard relevant report. On this basis, the assessment team concluded that Daphne had a perfect safety management organization, well implemented the system of responsibility for safety management, gave necessary laws and safety education and training classes, properly identified and corrected safety risks, and met the requirement of zero accident set by the preferential and municipal authorities. According to the situation of safety management among local manufacturing enterprise, the assessment team raised specific requirements to Daphne. Firstly, seriously study and implement the new Work Safety Law, and clearly define the enterprise's role in safety management, responsibility of management persons of all levels for safety management, and employee's rights and obligations, thus to normalize the behaviors of safety management. Secondly, organize study of the spirit of Mr. XI Jinping's important instruction on safety management, in order to increase awareness of important of safety. Finally, concretely carry out scrutiny for safety risks and do emergency rehearsals to get rid of various safety risks and ensure safety in the organization.
