     On April 5, 2012, accompanied by Li Pei, a member of the standing committee of the provincial Party committee and boss of the prefecture's Party committee, Mr. Xin Weiguang, a member of the standing committee and boss of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the provincial Party committee, visited Daphne on an investigation and research trip. The guests were warmly received at the exhibition hall by Chairman Tang, VP Tian Qing, Lu Chengshun and Xiong Wenfu. First of all, Wang Chengbiao, chief of the Prefecture's Panax Notoginseng Specialty Bureau, painted an overall picture of the local panax notoginseng industry, which was followed by Chairman Tang's introduction to Daphne's general information and main products. Later on, the guests were showed around the Monitoring Room. Through investigation & research, Mr. Xin pointed out that Daphne was still weak in innovation, management and market development, and provided valuable opinions and suggestions. He required Daphne to invest more resources in scientific research, absorb more talents, introduce modern corporate management system, pinpoint the right market, play the role as an agribusiness leader and become a panax notoginseng drug giant. In the end, Mr. Xin required the Discipline Inspection Commissions of all levels shall go all out to participate in economic construction and protection of the economic development, and give full support to non-state-owned enterprises on the level of policymaking. The Discipline Inspection Commissions of all levels shall set an eye on making and consummation of protective policies for private enterprises carrying out business and paying taxes according to the laws, in order to push their development.
