    On the March 27, 2012 afternoon, accompanied by Mr. Sun, chief of the United Front Work Department of the prefectural Party committee, a delegation from the Kunming Pacific Securities Co paid a visit to Daphne, and exchanged views with the host at the exhibition hall. The guests visited the exhibition hall, watched Daphne promotional video, and got a good understanding of Daphne's history and products. The Kunming-based Pacific Securities Co is a listed company and has rich experience in the listing procedure, preparation for listing and planning of corporate development for listed companies. Through exchange, Mr. Tang Xiuwen, Chairman at Daphne, came clean on the challenges facing Daphne for listing and expressed the determination for listing. Hearing introduction by Chairman Tang, the guests expressed their willing to share their experience in going listed, and came up with valuable opinions and suggestions for reference by Daphne. The guests took the view that the pharmaceutical industry was in a special period. They suggested that Daphne strengthen exchange and communication with experienced listed companies, properly handle the barriers snagging Daphne's listing, minimize the flaws and try to get listed as early as possible.
