Daphne Board of Directors Office     1st Issue of 2010     February 24, 2010

        As the Spring Festival was around the corner, on the February 8, 2010 evening, a party was held amid bright and colorful light and upbeat music in the Daphne Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Yunnan. The venue was full of a happy atmosphere. More than 600 persons attended the party, including officials from the Wenshan Prefecture, Wenshan County and associated enterprises. They shared the joy of the harvest obtained in the previous year and geared up for the 2010 spring.
        At 6:30 p.m., the party kicked off. Amid the exciting drums and gongs, the whole venue became site of carnival!
        The party started with speech by Mr. Tang Xiuwen, the president. In his speech, Mr. Tang reviewed Daphne's history. He was proud of the achievements obtained by Daphne so far and expressed full confidence in future of the company. The speech by Mr. Tang inspired the audience. Everybody was full of confidence in Daphne's outlook, and more determined to do more for development of the company.
        Following the speech was an energetic dance – "Let's Get Together", accompanied by upbeat music. 16 programs were staged one by one at the party, including dances, solos, band performance, martial art shows and ketches, which pushed the atmosphere to the peak gradually. The energetic band performance, nice Indian dance and plain folk-style drinking toast song and Happy New Year won particularly warm applauses. The sketches “Legend of West Journey" and “Sweet-talk Hotline” made the venue full of laughters. The actors used their songs, dances and skills to entertain the audience and welcome the imminent festival.
        As the programs are performed, the participants toasted and extended good wishes to each other. Unique games between programs also brought laughters to the audience. Three lucky draws brought surprising luck to the employees. With the rich and diversified programs, the venue was packed with a cheerful, happy and auspicious air, fully displaying the harmonious, inspiring, aggressive and self-motivated mood of the Daphne people. We are proud of our previous achievements and confident in the new year. In the year of tiger, we Daphne people will keep energetic like a tiger and use our best to make contribution to development of the company.
