        On the September 8, 2009 afternoon, accompanied by Mr. Wu, head of the county's bureau of special panax notoginseng products, the "Bright China, Bright Yunnan" Interview Delegation visited the panax notoginseng cultural exhibition hall in international panax notoginseng trading center and Daphne's showroom for interview.
        Mr. Wang Wushan, vice head at Daphne Board of Directors Office, gave an introduction to local panax notoginseng plantation history at the panax notoginseng exhibition hall. Panax notoginseng is a unique medicinal herb in China, being one of the precious medicinal herbs first discovered and applied in China. This plant only grows in southwest China. Its application among the folks may be dated back to several centuries ago. The earliest documentation available now about its application is seen in a book by Yang Qingsou called Compilation of Legendary Surgical Formulas (1378). That means panax notoginseng plantation and application has a history of more than 600 years. 
        At Daphne's showroom, Mr. Wang Wushan gave an introduction to Daphne's evolution and the business performance in first half of the year. He showed the delegation to the workshops. The interviewers exclaimed at the tight management and systematic work flow, which they believed reflected that Daphne's product quality was reliable and trustworthy. They expressed that they would cover Daphne's production in their stories. Mr. Wang Wushan extended thanks.
