Daphne Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. Yunnan Office of Directors   Nov. 15, 2007

        On November 14, 2007, 17:40, the Yunnan Provincial People's Government Wenshan Site Office Meeting delegate, headed by the provincial governor Qin Guangrong, prefectural Party head Li Pei, prefectural governor Wang Chengcai and relevant officials, paid a visit to our company.
The corporate officials, headed by President Tang Xiuwen, Vice President Xiang Changwan, Vice President Shi Yuehua, Vice President Liu Jianyun and heads of the relevant operations and branches, welcomed the delegate on the site.
        Accompanied by President Tang and Vice President Xiang, the delegate visited the product exhibition hall for a look at products of each stall. During the visit, the product guiding persons gave detailed answers to questions raised by the delegate members, and give away relevant data.
        At the end of an episode of the visit, backed by jumbo screen representation, President Tang, at the exhibition hall, gave a warm introduction to the startup and evolution of the Daphne Co. and expressed full confidence in the         Company's development in the future, especially implementation of the OEM strategy. In the opinion of President Tang, as a leading enterprise, with back by the Party committee, government, advantageous resources and a creative technical force, Daphne will have an even bright future!
        After completion of Mr. Tang's introduction, the provincial governor warmly asked President Tang about the Company, and gave confirmative remarks on Daphne's development.
        After completion of visit to the exhibition hall, the delegate listened to report on blueprint of Daphne Panax Notoginseng Industrial Park.
The visit ended at 18:14.
As good preparation and arrangement had been made for reception of the delegate, the job was completed satisfactorily.
