Sitting in the Wenshan Panax Notoginseng Drug Park, the Int'l Panax Notoginseng Trading Center is 23km from the local Puzhehei Airport, 118 km from national Tianbao Port, 250km and 320km respectively from Ha Giang and Hanoi, Vietnam, enjoying favorable geographic and communication conditions. Inaugurated in November 2005, the Center covers an area of 60.14 mu (4.01 ha.), with gross floor area of 50,700 square meters. The project, with investment of ¥97m, is owned and managed by Daphne Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Yunnan. The main facilities include trading hall, exhibition spaces, commercial premises, management premises, information system and other amenities. The main building covers an area of 20,047.56 square meters, with 386 stores. The whole complex is divided into three wings: A, B and C, out of which, B- and C-wings are designed for trading areas. 
    Presently, the Center is home to 172 duly registered business occupants, including 22 corporate ones and 150 individual ones. In 2012, the Center made ¥9.05b in trading turnover, involving 20,000 jobs. It translates into more than 3,000 daily participations in Panax notoginseng trading. In 2013, it drew purchasers from all over the country and the rest of the world, including 3,000 domestic ones and 56 overseas ones. The domestic purchasers are concentrated in Guangdong, Guangxi, Shenyang and East China, while the overseas purchasers are mainly from Southeast Asian countries like Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, Myanmar and Singapore, and Japan. Prevailing international trading practice is implemented in the Center. A-wing, designed for display of Panax notoginseng-related products and release of relevant farm products, is equipped with e-trading system for online DIY trading among purchasers and sellers worldwide, making the Int'l Panax Notoginseng Trading Center an international multi-functional trading platform. Here, traditional and modern electronic transactions are mixed and supplement each other. 

   Wenshan Int'l Panax Notoginseng Trading Center is reputed as the largest and decent specialist trading market in the Wenshan Prefecture and even across the Yunnan Province, and so far the largest dedicated Panax notoginseng trading market in China and even the world.
