      To further the security crew's competence so that they can do a better job, after it's approved by the management, the Board of Directors Office and Safety Supervision Room launched a 20-day training program for the security screw. The program was mainly about security skills including unarmed queuing, boxing, stick fighting and doorkeeper duty management. In the meantime, the security crew received education on the Security Administration & Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China, Daphne Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Yunnan Security Department Management Policy, Daphne Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Yunnan Rules for Implementation of the Reward & Punishment Policy, Daphne Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Yunnan Regulations on Doorkeeper Management, and Daphne Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Yunnan Security Department Job Duties. All the participants passed test on July 18, 2014.
      The training program is aimed to improve the personal quality and image of the security screw by polishing their competence, problem-solving ability, sense of showcase and responsibility, behaviors and speaking style, laying a basis for pushing normalization and standardization of the security force.
