      It's warm spring. The breeze is blowing. On the March 29 afternoon, the Yunnan Provincial Fake & Inferior Commodity Supervision Team visited Daphne under leadership of Li Shilin, vice chief of the Provincial Bureau of Intellectual Property Rights, on a mission of investigation of intellectual property right protection and infringement upon trademark. 

     At the exhibition hall, the guests heard introduction by Daphne's vice president Deng Xiangming to Daphne's business, especially the work in maintenance of patents and trademark. 

     Mr. Li Shilin appraised Daphne's achievement in protection of patents and trademark, and expressed his expectations of Daphne. First, Daphne should have a global view and try to gain a favorable stronghold of panax notoginseng patent by utilizing protection of intellectual property rights to realize product innovation and following the example of “Yunnan Baiyao” to win the market. Second, attention shall be paid to development of intellectual property right patent specialists, so as to build a talent reserve for development of panax notoginseng intellectual property rights.
