Daphne Board of Directors Office             3rd Issue of 2011            February 11, 2011

       On January 29, 2011, the Daphne Group convened the 2010 summary and honoring assembly at the No. 3 conference room. About 360 people from the group attended the assembly.

      Chaired by Xiong Wenfu, VP, the assembly started with a business report presented by Liu Jiming, VP, titled Rallied to Tackle Challenges and Strive for a New Situation. In 2010, the Group posted sales income of RMB 550 million yuan, tax of RMB 44.60 million yuan, total assets of RMB 1.05 billion yuan and asset-debt ratio of 65%, with significant growth of the economic targets compared to the previous year. 

     Li Luquan, VP, announced seven winners of the advanced individual title for the year, and presented certificate and RMB 3,000 yuan each to them as incentive. The winners: Wei Fang, Zen Yao, Hu Zhengsheng, Chen Zike, Xiang Changhuai, Xiao Jianlan and Zhang Min.

      in the end, Mr. Tang, the President, delivered an important speech, requiring all the staff to rally and work hard for a new situation of the Group!
